The Accidental Flokati – huge fluffy 9 x 4 for close to wholesale.

Hello Loft4027-ites … we have a bit of a “deal” we’re posting up. We have a gigantic, unbelievable quality 9 x 4 Flokati (from New Zealand, drastically different quality then the American stuff) — very thick, and winter white.

Selling it off for 350 as it’s the wrong size for a client. We also have a vintage Flokati that’s 7×4 for 250. Both are pictured here.

White Leather “Tufted” Beds : 6 more coming in on November 15th!

These particular white tufted leather beds literally fly out of here when we get them in. We love using them for home stagings, and we personally had a king in our space for several months… quintessential white, leather, and tufts.

Thus far, on November 15th (taking reservations now): we have two queens, three eastern kings, and one california king coming in.

Awesome new “NOVA” lamps.

We just picked up a truckload of gorgeous “NOVA” lamps. These beautiful polished chrome / silver bulb tipped spikey spheres are modern, without being freakishly so… and cast the most beautiful orb of light.

Melt in sea of endless alabaster… we’ve a new rare albino cowhide available.

Our favorite supplier of ultra fine rugs has recently released an exceptional albino cowhide.  Natural albino cowhide rugs are extremely difficult to find … primarily because the animals are equally as rare in the wild.  These undyed, natural, expensive rugs (usually retailing upwards of $3500+ in stores), are true signature pieces for your home.

This hide is now available to be ordered, and the shipping is free.  Don’t wait if you’re thinking of gracing your room with a rare snow white cowhide… these usually fly away in within a week. This hide [and it’s potential brother] are available for $1200 – $1600.

It’s 4 a.m. — Let’s Put Together a 16,000 Piece Bed

3:45 a.m., Los Angeles, Friday evening.  We’ve just allowed our last dinner guest to exit The Loft, and I’m already eyeballing the amount of dishware needs to be transported to the washer.  Twenty minutes later, as I’m leveling out the wine intake of earlier with a gallon of Arrowhead…

“Hey Ash!  Where’s the screwdriver?”

Oh, no… I mentally oogle, peering up through the spirally-part of the spiral staircase, seeing the freshly-coffeed Paolo victoriously extracting a Phillipshead from under a pile of boxes.

“Nevermind, found it!”

I set down the water and reached for a beer.  It was going to be a long night of bed building… we’d just had our mover bring over one of the new Italian beds, and this one was spectacularly white-leathered and dotted with crystals.  Either very feminine, or very rockstar.  I immediately decided we’d have to go with the latter and began Craigslisting cool industrial floor lamps.

Three and a half hours later… the Monaco was finished, Swarovski-glittering glory and all. We have a select few available for purchase (click here).
